Several recent attacks by Russian forces on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure have left millions of people without electricity. The most affected regions are facing prolonged outages, in some areas, blackouts reach up to 16 hours a day, according to officials from Ukraine’s electrical system.

The impact has been devastating, schools, businesses, and households are struggling to maintain basic services such as heating, hot water, and transportation. In cities like Lviv, many families now depend on portable generators, while others have been forced to ration electricity and water.
