Samsung has begun internal testing of its new custom interface, One UI 8, based on Android 16, on two of its best-selling mid-range smartphones: the Galaxy A53 5G and Galaxy A33 5G. These tests expand the beta program, which so far had focused on the Galaxy S25 series and the new foldables, Galaxy Z Fold7 and Z Flip7.
