Meta has introduced Muse Charm, a compact device designed to bring the company’s artificial intelligence assistant directly into users’ daily lives.
The gadget was unveiled during Meta Connect 2026 by CEO Mark Zuckerberg and is designed to work exclusively with Muse, Meta’s latest AI agent. The device has already drawn comparisons to the classic Tamagotchi because of its small size and customizable animated character.
According to information reported by WIRED, Muse Charm could feature a roughly two-inch OLED touchscreen, 5G connectivity, cameras, microphones and speakers. These components would allow users to interact with Muse through voice commands while the device captures information from its surroundings.
When could Meta Muse Charm reach consumers?
Zuckerberg indicated that the device could arrive by the end of December, although Meta has not announced an exact launch date or official price.
The project reportedly began as an experimental idea known internally as “Clawmagochi” before Meta decided to turn it into a potential commercial product.
With Muse Charm, Meta is exploring another way to make artificial intelligence accessible beyond smartphones and computers.
