Recently, Khaby Lame, the most-followed influencer on TikTok, has closed a historic deal by selling his company, Step Distinctive Limited, for approximately USD 900 million, marking one of the most significant transactions in today’s digital ecosystem.

The agreement was reached with Rich Sparkle Holdings, an international firm that will now take control of commercial operations, advertising, brand partnerships, and e-commerce linked to Lame’s brand. Although the sale was largely completed through shares rather than immediate cash, it makes the creator a key shareholder in the acquiring company.

The acquisition also includes advanced technology, such as an AI-powered “digital twin,” designed to adapt Khaby’s content to different languages and markets, further expanding his global reach.
