Consuming 25 to 30 grams of pecan nuts per day, approximately a handful, could make a significant difference to your health. According to experts cited by La NaciĂłn, these nuts are rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E, polyphenols, and phytosterols, nutrients that help reduce inflammatory markers in the body.

Pecans also provide vitamins B1, B3, and B9, as well as zinc, all of which are essential for maintaining a strong immune system. Recent studies show that regular consumption is associated with reductions in C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and other pro-inflammatory cytokines.
